Terms and Conditions

§1 GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. Bumper Ball | Experiences – www.bumperball.pl – operated by Piotr Szcześniak Szcześniak Organization with its official quarters in Poland: Kraków (zip code: 30815), ul. gen. Jakuba Jasińskiego 32 room 37. Registered VAT number: PL6572500072, REGON: 364767248, hereinafter referred to as  “Bumper Ball”, “Bumper Ball | Experineces” or “We”, is an online store with group experiences, event planner and party organizer.

  3. Bumper Ball brand was established in 2013 and has been in operation ever since.

§2 PLACING QUOTES, OFFERS, CONTRACT

  1. Quotes for experiences available from Bumper Ball can be submitted via shopping cart available on website.
  2. For a quote to be submitted through our site, you must:
    → select the experiences for which you wish to receive an offer
  3. When submitting a quote through the website, you must provide:
    → correct personal data, including your full name, nationality, email and phone number
    → group information, including number of participants
    → preferred dates and hours of experiences
  4. After your quote has been submitted online, you will receive an automatically generated confirmation by email – at this point it may include detailed price list for chosen experiences.
  5. Within maximum time of 48 hours we will reply to your quote and send you a detailed offer based on submitted information. The offer will include:
    → Price per person in PLN for each experience based on a size of group
    → Date and hour availability for each experience
  6. Presented offer is valid for 7 days and there are no legal obligation to accept it.
  7. In order to accept the offer you must do it in writing via email and agree to pay a deposit – in a way of down payment – that amounts to 30% of the total price (for the whole group). The deposit is supposed to be paid within 7 days after the offer was accepted. 
  8. Once the deposit (down payment) has been paid, the experiences are booked and the contract is deemed to have been concluded. 
  9. The remaining 70% of the total price is due upon arrival before experience has been started. See our payment types

§3 CONTRACT CHANGES

Once the contract has been concluded you can apply for following changes:

  1. more than 5 days prior the experience date:
    → number of participants (minimum numbers may apply)
    → hours of the exprience/activity (subjected to availability)
    → add / exclude experiences (subjected to availability)
  2. less than 5 days to 48 hours prior the activity date:
    → number of participants (minimum numbers may apply)
    → hours of the experience (subjected to availability)
  3. 48 hours prior the experience date:
    → number of participants (minimum numbers may apply)
  4. If the above changes are applicable they have to be confirmed  in writing via email and you will receive an updated offer the the changed experiences details.

§4 CONTRACT CANCELLATION

Once the contract has been concluded you can apply for cancellation based on the following conditions:

  1. more than 5 days prior the experience date & time:
    → you receive 100% of the deposit
  2. less than 5 days prior the experience date & time:
    → your deposit & balance (if order fully paid) becomes nonrefundable
  3. If the cancellation is applicable it has to be confirmed  in writing via email.

§5 PAYMENTS

We accept following means of payment:

  1. Regards to the 30% of total price i.e. deposit:
    → by credit / debit card via a payment link issued by a our representative.
    → by credit / debit card after login in to user’s account.
    → by PayPal to account: info{@}bumperball.pl or www.paypal.me/bumperball
    → by bank transfer to mBank account:

  2.  Regards to the remaining 70% of total price:
    → by credit / debit card upon arrival to our representative
    → in cash upon arrival to Bumper Ball staff member

§6 COMPLAINTS: How to make a complaint about level of services we have provided

  1. Our policy covers complaints about:
    → the standard of service you should expect from us
    → the behaviour of our staff in delivering that service
    → any action, or lack of action, by our staff or others engaged on providing desired service
  2. You can make a complaint by e-mail to: info{@}bumperball.pl
  3. Complaints must include:
    • lead traveller name & surname
    • experience name
    • date of experience
    • order number
    • contact telephone number
  4. It will help us to resolve your complaint quickly if you can give us as much clarity and detail as possible, including providing any documents and correspondence and stating that you are making a complaint. If we do not have all the details required to deal with the complaint, we may contact you and ask you for further information.
  5. We will deal with your service complaint promptly. We will acknowledge receipt of a written complaint within five working days where we have a return address and you can expect to have a full reply within 30 working days. In a few cases we will not be able to send a full reply within 30 working days of receipt, for example if your complaint is very complex. If this happens, we will tell you the reason why and let you know when we will be able to reply in full, keeping you fully informed of progress.
